The Technical Support department functions as an integral part
of Fisher-Rosemount's worldwide organization. Your call will be
acknowledged along with a unique Call Tracking Number (CTN).
The CTN will remain "Active" until your problem has been resolved
or until your query has been answered to your satisfaction
Installed Base Services
Installed Base Service (IBS) consists of a team of Fisher-Rosemount
trained System and Service Engineers. This team is equipped to
travel anywhere in the Kingdom at short notice.
System and/or Service Engineers may be mobilized by calling IBS
Administration or through Technical Support. (Refer to Technical
Support)
Technical Support Team Agreements are available to provide dedicated
response times and extended cover for critical Measurement and/or
Control Systems
Instrumentation Services
Fast Delivery for new Instruments
This is a Rosemount Measurement Division Certified department
designed to build and calibrate new Rosemount Measurement Products.
All work in this department is performed as per Rosemount Measurement
Division Factory standards and procedures. The QSR staff is trained
in the RMD factory facilities overseas.

Quick Ship and Repair (QSR)
Jess Ascinas - QSR Lab. Technician
The QSR department will also repair and calibrate Fisher-Rosemount
Instrumentation products.
Calibration Certificates and other special requirements are available.

Control Valve Services
Valve Diagnostic Services
We will use our Flow Scanner diagnostic system this service.
Our objective will be as follows: Improve your process efficiency,
reduce downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
Valve Mechanical Engineering Services
Project Services
Saudi Fal Project Services in conjunction with Fisher-Rosemount
will provide Project Teams which will include the skills necessary
to provide Management, Design, Implementation, Installation and
Commissioning of Projects where the material content of the Project
is made up of Fisher-Rosemount Products .
Mobile Calibration, Repair and Commissioning
This service is aimed to provide our customers with project commissioning,
on-site repair and calibration facilities.
Saudi Fal Site Service includes an air-conditioned trailer with
it's own generator. This trailer will be equipped according to
the type of work that is to be done on-site.
Instrument validation along with the production of a "as-found,
as left" software database is a typical example of this service.
This service also provides our customers with an opportunity
to gain hands-on experience Fisher-Rosemount test equipment and
software packages.
Training
Formal training is available for technicians and engineers on
all Fisher-Rosemount products.
The Middle East
The Middle East Training facilities are located at Saudi Fal's
offices in Al-Khobar and Fisher-Rosemount's offices in Dubai.
USA and Europe
Saudi Fal will coordinate with the numerous training facilities
in America and Europe when it is necessary to send students overseas
for courses that are not available in the Middle East.
